P&S Status Change in Status Forms


When to Use: This form is used to update an employee's "status". Form can only be used for employee type: P&S Permanent. The only fields that can be updated are the P&S Status Info fields. (MFK cannot be changed on this form)

When not to use: Form cannot be used to extend the end date of a temporary employee due to additional requirements on employment length of these employees. There is currently no form to update the end date for these type of employees.

Example: Employee has completed the required probationary period and is switching from Probationary to Career.

How to Check P&S Status End Dates:

  1. From the HR Self Service Web Page
  2. Select HR Applications tab
  3. Select Reports under Data Access
  4. Select Human Resouce Reports
  5. Select P&S Status Reports
  6. Then enter your Org-Department number (11-xxxx)
