Routine Meeting

  • CLAS Administrative Meeting – first Tuesday of month at 10:00 AM in 302 SH
  • HR Unit Rep Meeting – Last Thursday of each month at 10:30 AM
  • DEO Meeting – these meetings occur on a monthly basis
  • Small Group DEO Meeting – held aproximately twice per semester

Monthly Tasks

  • Change Vouchers due on last day of every month (How To)
  • Monthly payroll forms due to CLAS mid month – check DEO Calendar for specific dates (How To)
  • Credit Card statements due – by 15th Log In

Weekly HR Reports

  • I-9 Edit Report - List of employees who require new I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Forms.

Monthly HR Reports

  • Blood Exposure Risk - Information about employees at risk for exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) and other Potentially Infectious Materials (OPIM).
  • Merit Review Report - List of Merit Employees eligible for a step increase.
  • P&S Status Report - List of Professional/Scientific status for a specific department.
  • To Be Paid Report - List of Employees by Org-Dept to be paid on the next Monthly Payroll.
  • Biweekly With No Recent Check - Current Active Bi-Weekly Employees with no check in the last 120 days.
  • Prelim Appts with no Final
  • Biweekly Non-Student Hours
  • Faculty Status End Date - Information about faculty with a departmental end date prior to the date specified as criteria.

  • Negative Comp Time - List of Employees with Negative Comp Time Amounts
  • Negative Holiday Time - List of Employees with Negative Holiday Comp Time Amounts.
  • Negative Sick Leave - List of Employees with Negative Sick Leave Amounts.
  • Negative Vacation - List of Employees with Negative Vacation Amount
