Budget reallocation proposal As part of the University's reallocation process, Provost Hogan has asked colleges to submit plans for how they would use any reallocated funds that are returned to them. Attached to this email is a description of three initiatives that the College is considering. Dean Maxson would like to discuss these initiatives with DEOs at Monday's meeting

Proposal for restructuring Faculty Assembly A subcommittee of Faculty Assembly has drafted a proposal for creating formal ties between Faculty Assembly and the College's two elected committees. Dean Maxson would like to discuss this proposal with DEOs. Professor Sarah Larsen (Chemistry), chair of Faculty Assembly, has invited the College to comment and make suggestions on the proposal.
