Budget Management Reports (Salary Lines)
- This is used to see budget entries and review budget and commitments on salary lines, especially the TA allocation. FUS DSS Access Request
Cashier's Office - Access to enter or view Deposits (Edeposit)

- Need letter to UI Foundation from person controlling the account to give access.

General Ledger Reports and Account Corrections (2 forms)

HR Web Applications - forms and reports
- HR Confidentiality form must be updated yearly. Level 1 and Level 2 security is authorized by the department administrator. Levels 3 & 4 must be authorized by CLAS/HR.

Purchasing Systems
- Security to the AP/PO system is now assigned by anyone who has ability to assign secondary security for the Department or the College. (It is under HR Data Applications and then "Secondary Security" on self service web site.)
