On September 8, 2008, Dean Linda Maxson hosted the College's Annual Faculty Meeting and reception, at which she and Executive Associate Dean Raúl Curto introduced the College's newly hired faculty and newly tenured and promoted faculty. Each newly tenured or promoted faculty member selected a book or other resource to be presented in his or her honor to the University Libraries.
