The CLAS Admissions Committee reviews, monitors, and makes recommendations concerning the College's admission standards and practices. It serves as a liaison between the faculty and the Office of Admissions in the recruitment of students who show promise of high academic achievement. The College's Manual of Procedure, section 35, describes the Admissions Committee and its duties in more detail.
The chair is Helena Dettmer, Associate Dean for Academic Programs and Services.
