In spring 2010, the Liberal Arts and Sciences faculty elects representatives to serve on the College's Executive Committee, Educational Policy Committee, and Faculty Assembly, as well as a CLAS representative to serve on the Graduate Council.

Nomination and Voting Eligibility List

The nominaton and voting eligibility list is a print friendly pdf.  It includes all faculty eligible to vote in the spring 2010 College elections (as defined in the CLAS Manual of Procedure, Sections 1 and 2). The list notes any restrictions on eligibility for nomination (as defined in the CLAS Manual of Procedure, Section 14). Faculty members are listed with the unit in which they hold their primary appointment

All CLAS units are assigned to one of three electoral groups, as listed below.

Electoral Group I:

American Studies, Art & Art History, Cinema & Comparative Literature, Classics, Communication Studies, Creative Writing, Dance, English, Music, Philosophy, Religious Studies, Rhetoric, Theatre Arts

Electoral Group II:

Anthropology, Asian & Slavic Languages & Literatures, French & Italian, Geography, German, Health & Sport Studies, History, Integrative Physiology, Journalism & Mass Communication, Linguistics, Political Science, Social Work, Sociology, Spanish & Portuguese, Statistics & Actuarial Science, Women's Studies

Electoral Group III:

Biology, Chemistry, Communication Sciences & Disorders, Computer Science, Geoscience, Mathematics, Physics & Astronomy, Psychology
