The Faculty Assembly and its powers, duties, and procedures are described in Article II of the College's Manual of Procedure. The Faculty Assembly meets at least twice during the academic year to deliberate and act on major policy questions, which are often referred to it by the College's Executive Committee or by the Educational Policy Committee.

The Faculty Assembly Agenda Committee
The Faculty Assembly officers (see above) serve on the Agenda Committee, with the Chair of the Assembly serving as Chair of the Agenda Committee. The Secretary of the College's Executive Committee and the Secretary of the Educational Policy Committee also serve on the Agenda Committee.
