The Dean, in consultation with the Executive Committee, shall appoint to the ad hoc committee six members of the Faculty of the College who represent its various disciplinary areas. The ad hoc committee shall prepare the self-study according to the University’s published guidelines and shall consult broadly with the College’s departments, faculty, staff, and students and with other members of the University community it deems appropriate, as well as with the Executive Committee and the Educational Policy Committee. The self-study shall be approved by the Faculty Assembly before being submitted to the Provost.
