Working at Iowa Campus Climate Survey

“Successful organizations have engaged employees who feel they're at the very heart of things, not at the periphery.  Everyone feels that he or she makes a difference to the success of the organization. When that happens people work together to address problems and create a positive work environment that gives their work meaning."

In the spirit of the CLAS Shared Governance, the College has involved various constituency groups and has created a cohesive Working at Iowa - CLAS Response to the results of the survey.

As we believe that employees at our College are the institution’s most important assets, our goal is to develop a unified plan that is simple yet effective and will benefit all faculty and staff members. We would like to encourage you to continue assisting us by sharing your thoughts via email at nancy-fick@uiowa.edu.  Thank you for your continued cooperation in improving our workplace.
