Based on the results of the survey, CLAS is focusing on Supervisory Effectiveness in two key areas: Conflict Management and Performance Management.
Cynthia Joyce from the Office of Ombudsperson presented the following two part in-service on Conflict Management to supervisors:
- Difficult Conversations: What they are how to handle them effectively (.ppt)
- Emotional Intelligence (.ppt)
To respond to Performance Management, we created a CLAS Performance Review and Performance Management Tools website for P&S and Merit staff members. The Performance Review website also includes the new CLAS Self-Evaluation form and Perfomance Review form for P&S and Merit staff.
