- Must be majoring in a liberal arts and sciences discipline
- Must present an ACT composite score of 30 or above (a combined SAT Critical Reading and Math score of 1320 or above) and an Admission Index Score [ (2 X ACT composite) + high school percentile rank ] of 150 or above.
- NOTE: If your high school does not rank, you must present an ACT composite score of 30 or above (a combined SAT Critical Reading and Math score of 1320 or above) and a 3.90 cumulative high school grade point average (GPA) on a 4.00 scale.
- Must have applied for a University of Iowa Presidential Scholarship
- None. The scholarship is awarded for the student's first year only.
