- Must have a major in one of the following departments: Art, Dance, Music, or Theatre Arts
- Must have a strong academic record
- Must be able to demonstrate financial need
- Must be enrolled in a degree granting program and seeking first undergraduate degree
- Must be enrolled full-time as an undergraduate in the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences in 2008-2009
- Must continue full-time as an undergraduate in the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences in 2009-2010
Note: All applicants will be considered for this scholarship. It is possible, however, for applicants who are of Bohemian (Czech) descent to be given preference
- This scholarship is not automatically renewable. If current award recipient continues to meet eligibility criteria, he/she must submit a new application each year to be considered for this award.
