Troubleshooting Tips

• When utilizing the Migration Assistant to move user data, remember that this will only work with local user accounts and will not work with HawkID accounts.
• When emptying the Trash, if a message appears about unable to complete the operation, hold down the "Option" key when selecting Finder | Empty Trash.
